Please select your desired appointment type. We will email you back to confirm date and time availability. Bookings must be confirmed by us so please keep your eyes open for our message. All treatment appointments require a credit or visa-debit card number to be provided as no-show protection at the time of booking. Card details are stored securely within our system and disappear automatically upon attendance of your appointment (no card information is kept on file). All card information is encrypted and is not visible to the clinic in its entirety, once entered. Appointments may be rescheduled online or by the office up to 48 hrs prior to the appointment time without incurring any penalty. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows will be charged a fee of $100 to cover the practitioner’s time, unless specified otherwise by the office (emergencies are assessed on a case-by-case basis). Late Policy: If there is a possibility you may be late to your appointment, please reach out to the office through text, phone or email to let us know. In most situations, we will be able to accommodate, however, no notice and/or lateness in excess of 10 minutes may require you to reschedule. (Please note the deposit policy below.)
